BDMICRO Warranty and Support

BDMICRO warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the date of shipment.

If you have a question regarding the use of a BDMICRO product, please contact BDMICRO support.

If you have a warranty claim, please contact BDMICRO support for instructions for returning the product with an explanation of the problem. If, upon examination, BDMICRO finds that the product is defective and such defect was not caused by misuse or abuse such as physical or electrical damage, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product.

All returned products must be accompanied by an RMA number prior to shipment.

The Buyer is responsible for packaging the returned material in suitable packaging for transport and the package should be insured appropriately. BDMICRO will not be responsible for product loss or damages that result during return shipment.

BDMICRO will repair or replace the item and return ship the product to the Buyer using the same or equivalent means of shipping that the Buyer shipped to us. Thus, if you use UPS ground, we'll use UPS ground to return ship. If you use Fed-Ex overnight, we'll use Fed-Ex overnight for the return shipment.

BDMICRO products are designed and assembled with care and all assembled products must pass functional testing to ensure quality before they are shipped. However, our products are not rated for use in medical, life support, or systems where failure could result in the loss of life or have serious life threatening or economic impact.

BDMICRO does not warrant merchantability for any purpose and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind, however incurred, through the use of our products.
